Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Aymane Labs (“Aymane Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates VendorTally, a Wix dashboard application for preparing supplier purchase orders.

Information VendorTally handles

VendorTally may store information entered by a site owner or dashboard user, including:
• supplier names and contact details such as contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses;
• business details used on purchase-order PDFs, such as company name, address, contact name, email, phone, logo URL, and default terms;
• purchase-order information, including supplier snapshots, product and variant names, SKUs, quantities, unit costs, totals, notes, and terms.

VendorTally reads Wix Stores catalog product and variant information to help users select items. VendorTally does not change Store products or inventory.

How we use information

We use this information to provide VendorTally features, save and retrieve supplier and purchase-order records, validate orders, and generate purchase-order PDFs at the user’s request.

Where information is stored

VendorTally stores app records in Wix data collections and runs through Wix-hosted services. Wix-hosted services may process information as needed to host and operate the app; see Wix’s policies.

Sharing

We do not sell VendorTally records or use them for advertising. We do not intentionally collect passwords or payment-card data through VendorTally.

Access and control

The Wix site owner or authorized dashboard users control the information entered into VendorTally. To request access, correction, or deletion of information handled by the app, contact us at aymanelabs12@gmail.com.

Retention

Records remain until the site owner or an authorized user deletes or archives them, or until they are removed as part of app or site administration.

Security

We use Wix-hosted authentication and protected dashboard requests and take reasonable steps to limit access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

VendorTally is a business tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when VendorTally changes. The updated date will appear on this page.
